At ValueMax, we aim to deliver equipment that meets your expectations — on time and in top condition.
Returns
Equipment must be returned by the agreed-upon end date, in the same condition as delivered. Late returns may incur daily fees. If equipment is damaged, repair or replacement costs may apply.
Payment Terms
- Full refund if the order is canceled 24+ hours before delivery
- Partial refund for early returns, minus delivery costs
- No refund for unused days if equipment was delivered as agreed
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method
Exchanges
If your equipment malfunctions during the rental period, we will replace it at no extra charge or offer a prorated refund.
